Owners Kevin & Alicia Stump’s mission to bring year-round organic produce to the community stems from a desire to inspire others to farm their own urban spaces, no matter the size. The Stumps prioritize in- and out-of-season growing through covered hydroponics and greenhouse systems. Through urban farming over the past 8 years, their belief in sustainable and hyper-local agriculture partnerships, have created strong connections that show in their retail store and farm-to-fork eatery, The Local Table.
