Join Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce for an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony for Polk Referral Center. Guests are invited to help assemble preparedness supply kits, tour the new office and referral center space at 5 pm followed by the celebratory ribbon cutting at 5:30.
