Four Seasons, The Care You Trust is a nationally respected, award-winning nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider serving 14 counties in Western North Carolina. In addition to hospice and palliative care, we provide care navigation, home care, grief services, music therapy, spiritual care, pediatric palliative and hospice care, and inpatient care at our Elizabeth House establishment in Flat Rock. Our mission is to co-create the best possible care experience for people who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
